The Bovine Meat with Grass from Giarolo - Panà - Ebro is a guarantee of a healthy, genuine and high quality production - Maintained by generations of local breeders in the Curone - Grue - Ossona and Val Borbera and Valle Spinti valleys in the Province of Alessandria. To safeguard this tradition, in 2001 a Protection Consortium was set up on the initiative of local producers. The aim of the Consortium is to protect and enhance the cow - calf line farms in the defined territory, through a complete supply chain.
